Diese Arbeit befasst sich vor dem Hintergrund des Theorieverständnisses der Integrativen Therapie mit der Bedeutung von Atmosphären des Settings für die musiktherapeutische Arbeit. Am Beispiel einer Isolierstation für Knochenmarktransplantation wird verdeutlicht, wie in der Integrativen Musiktherapie durch die Auswahl der Instrumente (hier: Klangschalen) und durch die reflektierte Haltung der Therapeutin – auf die Bedürfnisse der Patienten bezogene Ein- und Abstimmungsprozesse gestaltet werden können. This work is concerned in the light of the theory of understanding of Integrative Therapy with the meaning of atmospheres of the Settings for the music therapy work.
