The process by which Thought OS establishes itself as a "standard specification" with objective criteria and procedures that enable anyone to safely reproduce it is described from the following five structural aspects: 1. Structure for redefining intellectual history in four stages and establishing evaluation criteria for the Fourth Revolution (OSification) (2025-52) 2. Specific design procedures and seven indicators for operating Thought as an OS (2025-53) 3. Structure for establishing "functional equivalence" when transplanting Thought into different contexts (2025-54) 4. Structure connecting the operation of Thought and **subjective experience (qualia)** via an externally observable model (2025-55) 5.
