16SRNA sequencing reveals that isoorientin regulates changes in intestinal flora

We investigated the mitigating effect of ISO on DSS-induced ulcerative colitis in mice, and found that ISO was able to influence the expression of P-transporter proteins in colonic epithelial cells by modulating the intestinal microbiota and its metabolites through fecal microbial transplantation. In this way, the protective effect of ISO against DSS-induced colitis was further verified.
