DESIGNING A MODEL OF THE PROCESS OF FORMING STUDENTS' DIGITAL CULTURE THROUGH MULTIDISCIPLINARY COMPLEXES

This article develops an original structural and process-based model for developing digital culture in students at higher education institutions based on multidisciplinary didactic complexes (MDC). The relevance of this topic is determined by the "Digital Uzbekistan 2030" strategy and the global challenges of digital economic transformation, which require a transition from digital literacy to a holistic digital culture of the individual [1-2]. The authors propose five stages of the process (diagnostic, design, implementation, evaluation, and corrective), along with performance criteria and indicators for the components of digital culture. Particular emphasis is placed on results that have practical significance for modernizing educational standards and increasing the competitiveness of graduates in the digital economy.本文基于多学科教学复合体（Multidisciplinary Didactic Complexes, MDC），构建了一套用于培育高等院校学生数字文化（digital culture）的原创性结构-过程双维度模型。本研究主题的现实意义由《数字乌兹别克斯坦2030》战略以及数字经济转型的全球性挑战所决定——后者要求实现从数字素养（digital literacy）向个体全面数字文化的转型[1-2]。研究者提出了该培育流程的五个阶段：诊断阶段、设计阶段、实施阶段、评估阶段与修正阶段，并配套给出了数字文化各组成模块的绩效标准与评估指标。本研究特别强调，本研究所得成果对于推动教育标准现代化、提升数字经济领域毕业生的竞争力具备重要实践价值。
