16S rRNA data of bacteria from four soil treatments

This dataset contains 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing data of soil bacterial communities from different soil treatment groups. In each treatment group, different soil animals (Collembola or earthworms) were introduced, followed by incubation under laboratory conditions. The sequencing data were generated to characterize and compare the soil bacterial communities across all treatment groups, providing insights into the effects of soil animals on soil microbial ecology.
