Developing a national indicator of functional connectivity

This data contains population synchrony scores for every pair of sites for every species for each 10-year window and climate synchrony values for every pair of sites for each 10-year window and associated R code to enable the user to run the analysis to account for climatic synchrony and produce temporal trends in population synchrony both across all species and for each species individually.
