1954 Census of Manufactures: Survey Outline, Questionnaire, etc.

All establishments in Japan that at the time of the census were classified as belonging to Division F: Manufacturing of the Japan Standard Industrial Classification, except those belonging to the national government or to public or government corporations. However, non-manufacturing sites such as head offices at a separate location from the manufacturing plant were not included in the census.

所有在普查时被划分为日本标准产业分类F类——制造业的日本企业，除国家政府或公共及政府企业外，均被纳入普查范围。然而，非制造业的场所，如位于制造工厂之外的总部，并未包含在普查之内。
