Municipal wastewater samples containing microalgal-bacterial communities. Samples were collected from wastewater with excess of phosphate. Collected samples were then incubated with different combinations of the excessive amount of phosphate and nitrate, and xenobiotics diclofenac or ceftriaxone. After the incubation samples were analyzed by 16S rRNA DNA-metabarcoding of V4 fragment with Illuminna and whole metagenome sequencing with Oxford Nanopore.
