HPLC data from Black Sea, December 2022

The dataset contains HPLC data collected in South-Western Black Sea withing the Turkish EEZ in December 2022 during the R/V Bilim-2 cruise supported by EU-funded BRIDGE-BS project.Discrete water samples were taken with Niskin bottles (12 L capacity) at depths, that were selected according to water density profiles. The CTD rosette with Niskin bottles was kept for at least 2 minutes at each sampling depth. In addition, the surface sampling was performed every 30 minutes during ROTV towing operations done at speed ~3.5 knots. The samples were analized in METU-IMS lab upon completing the cruise. The data file in ODV format contains data from 79 stations.本数据集收录了2022年12月于土耳其专属经济区（Exclusive Economic Zone，EEZ）内的黑海西南部海域采集的高效液相色谱（High Performance Liquid Chromatography，HPLC）数据，相关数据采集工作由欧盟资助的BRIDGE-BS项目支持，开展于“比林-2号”研究船（R/V Bilim-2）科考航次期间。研究人员依据海水密度剖面选定采样深度，采用容积为12升的尼斯金采水瓶（Niskin bottles）采集离散水样；搭载该采水瓶的温盐深（Conductivity-Temperature-Depth，CTD）采水架会在每个采样深度处驻留至少2分钟。此外，在航速约3.5节的ROTV拖曳作业过程中，每30分钟即开展一次表层水样采集。所有样品在航次结束后，于中东技术大学（Middle East Technical University，METU）-海洋科学研究所（Institute of Marine Sciences，IMS）实验室完成分析。该采用海洋数据查看器（Ocean Data View，ODV）格式存储的数据文件，包含79个站位的观测数据。
