基于心率、呼吸、体动和在离床,计算睡眠阶段,评估睡眠质量,包括睡眠效率和睡眠得分,并告知用户。1.在床状态时会存在睡眠阶段,离床状态不存在睡眠阶段,即此时的睡眠阶段记为4。
2.当体动值大于0时,认为存在体动;当体动值等于0时,认为无体动。当体动时长大于设定阈值时,认为此时的睡眠阶段处于清醒阶段,记为0;当处于清醒阶段时,若无体动时长大于设定阈值或当前心率小于前十分钟的平均心率,认为进入浅睡阶段,记为1;当处于浅睡阶段时,若无体动时长大于设定阈值,当前心率小于整晚平均心率,且浅睡时长大于设定阈值,认为进入深睡阶段,记为3;当处于深睡阶段时,若当前心率大于整晚平均心率加上偏移量,且深睡时长大于设定阈值,认为处于眼动阶段,记为2;当处于眼动阶段时,若当前心率小于等于整晚平均心率减去偏移量,认为进入深睡阶段;当处于深睡阶段时,若体动时长大于设定阈值,认为进入浅睡阶段;当处于眼动阶段时,若体动时长大于设定阈值,认为进入浅睡阶段。

This dataset computes sleep stages and evaluates sleep quality (including sleep efficiency and sleep score) based on heart rate, respiration, body movement, and bed presence/absence status, and notifies users of the results.
1. Sleep stages only exist when the user is in bed; when the user is away from bed, the sleep stage is recorded as 4.
2. Body movement is considered present if the body movement value is greater than 0, and absent if the value equals 0. If the duration of body movement exceeds a set threshold, the current sleep stage is classified as wakefulness, recorded as 0. When in the wakefulness stage, if either the non-movement duration exceeds the set threshold or the current heart rate is lower than the average heart rate over the preceding 10 minutes, the user is deemed to have entered light sleep, recorded as 1. When in light sleep, if the non-movement duration exceeds the set threshold, the current heart rate is lower than the average heart rate over the entire sleep period, and the light sleep duration exceeds the set threshold, the user enters deep sleep, recorded as 3. When in deep sleep, if the current heart rate is greater than the average heart rate over the entire sleep period plus an offset, and the deep sleep duration exceeds the set threshold, the stage is classified as rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, recorded as 2. When in REM sleep, if the current heart rate is less than or equal to the average heart rate over the entire sleep period minus an offset, the user re-enters deep sleep. When in deep sleep, if the body movement duration exceeds the set threshold, the stage transitions back to light sleep. When in REM sleep, if the body movement duration exceeds the set threshold, the stage transitions back to light sleep.
3. Sleep efficiency is calculated as sleep duration divided by bed duration, where sleep duration is the sum of light sleep duration, deep sleep duration, and REM sleep duration.
4. The sleep score is obtained by weighted summation of the optimal sleep score and deep sleep efficiency. The optimal sleep score is calculated as (sleep duration divided by optimal sleep duration) multiplied by a fixed value, where the optimal sleep duration is generated via a polynomial function. Deep sleep efficiency refers to the proportion of deep sleep duration within the total sleep duration.
