Data for: GR / NF-κB signaling pathway regulates hippocampal inflammatory response of diabetic model rats under chronic unpredictable mild stress state

The folder contains experimental annimal behavioural assessment original data (Morris water maze test, Open-field test, Forced swimming test), raw data of hippocampus and serum IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α inflammatory factors level, Hippocampal histopatholog figrue , HCA detection results figrues of CX3CR1 protein expression in microglia, RT-PCR analysis CX3CR1 mRNA expression amplification curve and dissolution curve.
