Spatiotemporal Estimation of TROPOMI NO2 Column with Depthwise Partial Convolutional Neural Network

Public Repository of the model outputs of TROPOMI NO2 datasets for 2019 and 2020. Comprises: Saved Partial Convolution Neural Network models (PCNN, PCNN-ST, and DW-PCNN) and code to load the models. Datasets (in Netcdf4 format) from PCNN model outputs, Inverse Distance Weighting, Inverse Distance Weighting with Kriging, spatial coordinates, time, target NO2 for imputation, and masks.本公开仓库收录2019年与2020年TROPOMI二氧化氮（NO2）数据集的模型输出结果，内含两类内容：其一为已保存的部分卷积神经网络（Partial Convolution Neural Network，PCNN）、PCNN-ST与DW-PCNN模型，以及用于加载上述模型的代码；其二为采用NetCDF4格式存储的数据集，具体涵盖PCNN模型输出结果、反距离加权法（Inverse Distance Weighting）、结合克里金插值的反距离加权法结果、空间坐标、时间信息、用于插补的目标二氧化氮（NO2）数据以及掩膜文件。
