资源简介:
Data from engineered fifteen mouse strains fully encompassing MM genetic heterogeneity that recapitulate the key pathogenic elements in human MM development and multiple myeloma patients. Overall design: RNA-seq was performed in isolated BM GFP+CD138+B220- PCs from mice at MGUS (n=25) and MM (n=40) stages, and in BM CD38+CD138+ PCs from patients with newly diagnosed MGUS (n=9) and MM (n=43). As controls, BM PCs and spleen B220+CD38-FAS+ germinal center B cells were isolated from T-cell immunized 6 month-old YFP+cγ1-cre mice (n=6). In addition, human CD38+CD138+ PCs were isolated from BM aspirates in healthy donors (n=7). ***Raw data for human samples are unavailable due to legal restrictions***
