Evidence from both in vitro, in vivo, and clinical research suggests that Nigella sativa demonstrates significant therapeutic potential across multiple physiological systems. However, despite promising results, challenges remain regarding dosage standardization, extraction methods, and the need for large-scale randomized clinical trials. The findings highlight the potential of Nigella sativa as a valuable natural therapeutic agent and emphasize the need for further research to establish standardized clinical applications.
