Purpose: To compare transcriptomic changes between untreated and LPS or CpG treated groups in WT, Lum-/- and Bgn-/- peritoneal macrophages. CD11b+ cells isolated from WT/Lum-/-/Bgn-/- mice peritoneal lavage using CD11b+ selection kit (Stemcell Technology). Cells were treated with either LPS/CpG only or pretreated with recombinant lumican/biglycan followed by LPS/CpG treatment.
