Patients with cervical cancer were treated with external beam radiotherapy (EBRT) at a dose of 45Gy in 25 fractions over five weeks, with weekly cisplatin. Biopsies were taken pre-, during and post-treatment and analysed for copy number changes. Overall design: Cervical cancer patients were treated with chemoradiotherapy and disease response was followed by array CGH profiling.
