Effects of Interoperability among Public Administrations on Spanish Guaranteed Minimum Income

The aim of the study is a multi-method analysis of interoperability on conditonal GMI/IMV income in Spain, i.e. electronic data exchange among multilevel administrations and the repercussions for accreditation of requirements, in line with citizens' right not to provide information that is already kept by public administrations.
The investigation intensively describes the administrative burden in terms of compliance costs for applicants and also tests the effects of interoperable documents on approved income records.
