dataset dengue 2005-2024

This dataset contains national and subnational data on dengue fever in Indonesia covering the period 2005–2024, designed to support analyses of incidence, mortality, and disability-adjusted life years (DALYs). The dataset includes annual counts of reported dengue cases and deaths by province, along with corresponding population denominators to enable calculation of incidence and mortality rates per 100,000 population. DALYs are computed as the sum of Years of Life Lost (YLL), derived from dengue-attributable deaths and standard life expectancy, and Years Lived with Disability (YLD), estimated using case counts, disease duration, and established disability weights. The dataset is structured in a cleaned, harmonized format, facilitating temporal trend analysis and assessment of the long-term burden of dengue in Indonesia.
