INVEKOS strikes Austria 2024-1

This layer includes all plot uses recorded by the applicants, which serve as the basis for funding processing. A plot is a continuous area of a parcel of land which, for a growing season with only one crop (type of plot use) and uniform management requirements, or as a type of landscape element in accordance with Annex 1 to the Regulation of the competent Federal Ministry laying down horizontal rules for the area of the common agricultural policy (Horizontal CAP Regulation) StF: BGBl. II No 100/2015 or is only maintained in good agricultural and environmental condition in accordance with Article 94 of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 and is digitised in the GIS as a polygon or as a point.

The dataset is provided annually in two booths. The summer dataset is marked with "YYYY-1" in the title, the winter revision with "YYYY-2".

Area and point plots validly applied for in the ÖPUL Organic Farming measure are marked with ‘J’ in the winter revision in the attribute KZ_BIO_OEPUL_JN. The organic areas of organic sub-farms are also marked with ‘J’. The attribute KZ_BIO_OEPUL_JN is not filled in the summer database.

本图层涵盖申请人记录的全部地块用途，此类用途为资金拨付审核的核心依据。地块指满足以下任一条件的连续土地单元：其一，某生长季仅种植单一作物（即单一地块用途类型）且管理要求统一；其二，符合联邦主管部门制定的《共同农业政策区域横向规则条例》（Horizontal CAP Regulation）附件1所界定的景观要素类型，该条例对应联邦法律公报II 2015年第100号（StF: BGBl. II No 100/2015）；其三，仅需按照《欧盟第1306/2013号条例》第94条之规定维持良好农业与环境状态，并已在地理信息系统（Geographic Information System, GIS）中以多边形或点要素形式完成数字化存储。
本数据集每年分两批次发布。夏季数据集的标题中标注为"YYYY-1"，冬季修订版则标注为"YYYY-2"。
在ÖPUL有机农业措施项下有效申请的面积地块与点地块，将在冬季修订版的属性字段KZ_BIO_OEPUL_JN中以‘J’进行标记。有机下属农场的有机地块面积亦会以‘J’标记。夏季数据集的KZ_BIO_OEPUL_JN属性字段未填充任何内容。
