This dataset contains longitudinal T cell repertoire sequence information from 120 individuals with and without post-acute sequelae of COVID-19. Sampling captured 2 to 3 time points per individual, during and after acute infection with COVID-19. Additionally, this repository contains SoNNia and IGoR model training outputs, which learn generation and selection models for the observed TCRs.
