1200 images were collected in the field in July 2023, in a 5-day window around flowering time of different genotypes. There were three N fertilization levels: N0, N69 and NFull, with no added N, 69 kg of added N and full fertilization with 136 kg added N, respectively. 238 genotypes were sown in augmented design, where some genotypes are replicated and the others are not. Images at different field rows were taken randomly between 7:30 and 11:00 AM.
"TensorFlow_preprocessing.ipynb" notebook can be used for data preprocessing and generation of additional 1200- 3600 images in processes of augmentation and segmentation.
本数据集于2023年7月在不同基因型作物开花前后5天的田间窗口期内采集,共获取1200张图像。试验设置3个氮肥施用水平:N0、N69与NFull,分别对应不施加氮肥、施加69kg氮肥以及全量施肥(施加136kg氮肥)三种处理。共238个基因型采用增广设计(augmented design)进行播种,该设计下部分基因型设置重复,其余基因型不设置重复。田间不同种植行的图像于每日7:30至11:00间随机拍摄。此外,可通过"TensorFlow_preprocessing.ipynb"脚本完成数据预处理,并通过数据增强与图像分割流程生成额外1200至3600张拓展图像。
