Shrub density effects on the community structure and composition of a desert animal community

Animal communities were surveyed at a varying shrub-density gradient with camera traps, focal observations and transects. Their associations to the plots were broken into shrub and open microsites. The purpose of this was to explore the association of these animal species to foundational shrub species and if there is a relationship with animal species abundance and an associated shrub-density gradient.
