资源简介:
Cassini is the only spacecraft to have orbited the Saturnian System. One of its most startling discoveries is the existence of jets of ice particles emanating from the south pole of its moon, Enceladus. There is strong interest to return to Enceladus and study these jets. We present a mission concept using Quasi-Periodic Orbits Near-Rectilinear Halo Orbits to sample the jets. We describe our methodology for computing Quasi- Periodic Orbits (QPO) in such a way as to be easy to implement in code. We describe the QPOs in the Enceladus system and show how invariant funnels can allow for phase control on a given QPO.
