Genome sequence of pan-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa clinical isolate

Complete genome sequence of pan-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa clinical isolate to discover the various resistance genes that could be involved in the resistance phenotypes of various antimicrobial agents. Also, this project aimed to analyze the various insertion sequences and investigate the resistome of this life-threatening pathogen. This PDR pathogen was recovered from a patient who suffered from a chest infection and died from that infection.
