Intestinal swiss rolls of serial sections from Gfap-creERT2;R26tdTomato mice. Recombination efficiency is assessed by detection of tdTomato+ cells using RFP antibody two weeks post tamoxifen treatment (n=9 mice/genotype; ≥500 crypts/n). Ecadherin staining is used to mark epithelial cells. A representative intestinal swiss rolls show no glial cell maker gene expression in the epithelium.
