Digitalized education at higher education institutions (HEIs) is impacted by a number of factors. Therefore, it is important to comprehend how HEI stakeholders i.e. teachers, institutions, policy makers etc., view e-learning readiness in context to their respective areas of expertise and how it impacts the service quality of the educational institutional. The study explores the influence of faculty e-Readiness on the quality of services in higher learning institutions, with a special focus on the moderating function of gender. A robust e-Readiness scale was developed and validated through rigorous psychometric analysis, including exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses.
