Hyperspectral Data for SOM Analysis

Contained within the ZIP file mars_minerals.zip is: A single raw CRISM TER3 dataset and associated files in the folder "Raw TER3 Data". These datafiles are available online via Mars Orbital Data Explorer - Product Search. Processed Summary Products derived for the same TER3 dataset, stored as layers within an HDF5 (.h5) file in the folder "Converted TER3 Data" Trained SOM maps corresponding to specific CRISM Target IDs, as indicated in the file name format: <Target ID>_X_Y where X and Y are the number of rows and columns in the SOM map.
