Sediment and biofilm of Angkor Temples Metagenome

This 16S rRNA gene metagenome of the sediments and biofilms of two Angkor Temples gave us a better understanding of the bacterial community on the sandstone surfaces or in their exfoliation sediments. Therefore, better strategies will be taken to preserve the heritage culture buildings in Angkor.
