Documentation for The Group for High Resolution Sea Surface Temperature (GHRSST) data archived at NODC (NODC Accession 0123222)

The Group for High Resolution Sea Surface Temperature (GHRSST) is an international open group for SST data producers, users, and scientists. It brings together international space agencies, research institutes, universities, and government agencies to collectively address the scientific, logistical and managerial challenges posed by creating the SST data products and services within the Project. The overall aim of GHRSST is to provide the best quality sea surface temperature data for applications in short, medium and decadal/climate time scales in the most cost effective and efficient manner through international collaboration and scientific innovation.This accession contains documentation files in .pdf format for GHRSST data archived at NODC. This accession is updated as needed with any new or updated documents as they become available. Data files are available at the NODC under separate accession and can be found by searching the NODC Geoportal using the following link: http://data.nodc.noaa.gov/geoportal/rest/find/document?searchText=title:GHRSST&start=1&max=1000&f=searchPage.

高分辨率海表温度工作组（Group for High Resolution Sea Surface Temperature，GHRSST）是面向海表温度数据生产者、使用者与科研人员的国际性开放组织。该组织汇聚国际航天机构、科研院所、高等院校及政府部门，共同应对本项目中研发海表温度数据产品与服务所面临的科学、后勤与管理层面的挑战。GHRSST的总体目标是通过国际合作与科技创新，以最具成本效益的高效方式，提供最优质量的海表温度数据，以满足短、中以及年代际/气候时间尺度下的各类应用需求。本次归档包包含存储于国家海洋数据中心（National Oceanographic Data Center，NODC）的GHRSST数据相关的PDF格式文档文件。本归档包将根据实际需求，在有新文档或更新文档发布时及时更新。数据文件可在NODC的独立归档包中获取，可通过以下链接检索国家海洋数据中心地理门户（NODC Geoportal）进行查找：http://data.nodc.noaa.gov/geoportal/rest/find/document?searchText=title:GHRSST&start=1&max=1000&f=searchPage。
