Map visualisation service (WMS) of the dataset: Informational perimeters of USSAT’s land use plan

The informational perimeters of the land use plan (POS) are digitised in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG. They represent the spatial information added either for regulatory reasons or for information purposes: — the details which are to be annexed to the planning documents in accordance with Articles R123-13 and R123-14 of the Urban Planning Code; — surface information carried over on graphical documents for information purposes. In this dataset are the surface information of TYPE 04 (Urban Preemption Right Perimeters) and 05 (Deferred Development Areas) if they appear on the POS graphical documents.土地使用规划（POS）已依据《Alur法》第135条废止，自2016年1月1日起归入RNU体系。 本数据集所涉土地使用规划（POS）的信息边界已依据国家地理与森林信息委员会（CNIG）的国家标准完成数字化处理。此类边界包含两类为合规或信息用途新增的空间信息： — 依据《城市规划法典》第R123-13条与第R123-14条要求，需附于规划文件的详细内容； — 为信息目的留存于图形文档中的地表信息。 若04类（城市优先购买权范围）与05类（延迟开发区）地表信息出现在POS图形文档中，则将被纳入本数据集。
