资源简介:
MHC class II positive antigen presenting cells stimulated by polysaccharide A from the capsule of Bacteroides fragilis elicits an innate immune response characterized by the induction of antigen presentation and regulatory (anti-inflammatory) pathways. Overall design: Murine splenic MHCII+ cells were purified by magnetic bead isolation and then stimulated for 24 hours with 50ug/ml purified polysaccharide A (PSA) from the capsule of Bacteroides fragilis. mRNA was purified from the 24 hour stimulated samples as well as freshly purified MHCII+ cells (unstimulated) and subjected to deep RNA sequencing from each sample at LC Sciences. One control (day zero) and three experimental samples (day 1) are provided.
