KRAS FTMove Results for Evaluating Ensemble Druggability

KRAS FTMove Results contains results from the FTMove server used to evaluate the druggability of KRAS using an ensemble of structures: -binding_sites.pse contains a PyMol session with all prospective binding sites recovered by FTMove -ftmap_files_kras contains FTMap results for each individual structure in the ensemble used to generate FTMove binding sites -structure_bs_strength_kras.csv contains the score for each binding site on a per structure basis
