资源简介:
This dataset includes the output files of Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF version 4.2.2) model simulations for Hurricane Maria. The dataset includes two sub-directories, each pertaining to one of the different PBL schemes used for simulations (YSU and MYJ). Furthermore, within each of the PBL directories, there are multiple sub-directories containing the results of different new vertical diffusion modifications, which are described in detail in our published paper. For post-processing of the WRF output files from this dataset, Python scripts are provided that can be used to obtain and plot the wind intensity timeseries of the simulated hurricane. For further details about the cases, simulations, and insights about the runs please refer to the following published paper: Matak, L, and M.
