Effect of the <i>rph1-H235A</i> mutation on genes regulated by Rph1.

The groups of genes that were significantly affected in the rph1Δ knockout (row 2 in Table 1) were analyzed for their response to the rph1-H235A mutation. Expression of each group of genes was tested against the rest of the genome with a Wilcoxon rank sum test. The mean fold change is shown, with p-values<0.02 highlighted in bold, and with arrows denoting up- and downregulation. Top: all genes that were significantly affected by the rph1Δ knockout were included. Bottom: only those genes not significantly affected (on their own) by the rph1-H235A mutation were included.
