In order to examine the connection between corporate governance, dividend yield, and company success, a preliminary sample of manufacturing companies listed between 2015 and 2024 on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) was chosen. The information was taken from the State Bank of Pakistan database and the annual reports of the companies. The final sample consisted of 96 enterprises after financial and public sector organizations were excluded because of their different regulatory environments.
