Bulge accelerated BM dataset

The package includes the files to analyse the experiemntal data presented in the manuscript (to be published and updated). The package also includes the oxDNA runtime files and analysis files that produced the free energy diagrams of the bulge diffusion process.本配套程序包包含用于分析即将发表且后续将更新的手稿中所呈现实验数据的相关文件。本程序包同时包含用于生成凸起扩散过程自由能图的oxDNA运行时文件与分析文件。
