Expression data from WT and Zak-deficient naïve CD4+ T cells stimulated with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 for 0, 6 or 48 hours

We conducted gene expression profile analysis by using wild-type and Zak-deficient naive CD4+ T cells. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analysis revealed the most prominent biological processes altered in naive CD4+ T cells stimulated with a-CD3/28 for 6 hours were associated with AKT signaling and autoimmune disease.
