Oryza sativa Japonica Group Raw sequence reads

The Oryza sativa Japonica Group root transcriptome of the WT and a knockout mutant oswrky54 (MT) under normal and salt conditions was analyzed by the RNA-seq approach to identify the OsWRKY54-regulated genes responsible for salt stress response. The samples oswrky54_1,oswrky54_2 and oswrky54_3 are three biological replicates mutant and WT_1,WT_2 and WT_3 are three biological replicates of wild-type plants under 100 mM NaCl for 24 h treatment; The samples oswrky54_4,oswrky54_5 and oswrky54_6 are three biological replicates mutant and WT_4,WT_5 and WT_6 are three biological replicates of wild-type plants under normal conditions.
