The Ocean Worlds Life Surveyor is a life-detection instrument suite for ocean worlds. This dataset contains recordings from two instruments from the Extant Life Volume Imaging System (ELVIS): the Digital Holographic Microscope (DHM) and the Volumetric Fluorescent Imager (VFI, also referred to as FLFM). These datasets were used to train and optimize the Onboard Science Instrument Autonomy (OSIA) software, the Holographic Examination of Life-like Motility (HELM) for the DHM and the FLFM Autonomous Motility Evaluation (FAME) for the VFI. This dataset is being published to support a paper in preparation: "Identifying and Characterizing Motile and Fluorescent Microorganisms in Microscopy Data Using Onboard Science Autonomy"
