New Common Swahili Typos Dataset

New updated list of Swahili typos with their respective proper words, the dataset is lowercased and comma separated. typos will be replaced by its respective proper word so as to maintain consistent during vectorization to form vectors that are used for machine learning tasks本数据集为经更新的斯瓦希里语拼写错误及其对应规范词汇的全新列表，所有内容均统一转换为小写格式，并以逗号分隔存储。为确保向量化过程中的一致性，本数据集将拼写错误替换为其对应的规范词汇，以生成可用于机器学习任务的向量。
