Dataset for "Content-based image retrieval for the diagnosis of myocardial perfusion imaging using deep convolutional autoencoder"

Minimal dataset to reproduce our study results. Python codes used in the study are included. We showed that deep convolutional autoencoder can extract clinical information from myocardial perfusion imaging.本数据集为可复现本研究结果的极简数据集，包含本研究中使用的Python代码。本研究证实，深度卷积自编码器（deep convolutional autoencoder）可从心肌灌注成像（myocardial perfusion imaging）中提取临床信息。
