To study the potential role of embigin in the regulation of cellular processes, we used specific siRNAs to knockdown embigin expression in mouse keratinocytes. Two independent siRNAs, Mm_Emb1 and Mm_Emb4 siRNAs, were selected for experiments.After embigin silencing, the cells were harvested and their gene expression patterns were analyzed by RNA sequencing.
