LUNA22-ISMI

This is a dataset of 1176 lung nodules extracted from the LIDC-IDRI dataset for the educational LUNA22-ISMI challenge. This dataset only contains 3D patches of nodules (size 128 x 128 x 64 in x, y, and z directions) that had been annotated by at least 3 out of 4 radiologists (following LUNA16 criteria, which produces 1186 nodules). The nodules are always located at the center of the 3D patch. Radiologist scores for nodule type and malignancy are provided along with this dataset. 10 nodules have been excluded as part of a hidden test set for phase 1 of the LUNA22-ISMI challenge.本数据集源自LIDC-IDRI数据集，共提取得到1176个肺结节，用于教学性质的LUNA22-ISMI挑战赛（LUNA22-ISMI challenge）。本数据集仅包含肺结节的三维（3D）图像块，其在x、y、z轴方向的尺寸均为128×128×64。该数据集遵循LUNA16标准（LUNA16 criteria）进行筛选，原标准可生成1186个结节，本数据集选取其中经4位放射科医师中至少3位标注确认的样本。所有肺结节均位于该三维图像块的中心位置。本数据集同步提供放射科医师对结节类型与恶性程度的评分结果。另有10个结节被排除，用作LUNA22-ISMI挑战赛第一阶段的隐藏测试集样本。
