The series contains agendas, working papers, memoranda, circulars, general correspondence, and meeting papers for the Interstate Consultative Committee. The series also includes circulars and staff newsletters for the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) which assumed the financial institutions function of FINCOM in 1999 when FINCOM ceased operating as a regulatory body. Much of the series relates to the transfer of FINCOM’s staff and responsibilities to APRA and the Australian Securities Investments Commission (ASIC).
