101K workflow jobs dataset (1.2 million tasks); a composition of Epigenomics and Montage workflows

This dataset contains detailed information about more than 101 thousand jobs with 1.2 million tasks. This dataset can be used in various simulation, training, and modelling processes. various information about each job is recorded and the underlying environment was based on IoT/Fog/Cloud in which IoT nodes only generate requests and Fog and Cloud nodes process these requests.本数据集包含逾10.1万个作业的详细信息，涵盖120万个任务。该数据集可应用于各类仿真、训练与建模流程。数据集记录了每个作业的各类相关信息，其底层运行环境基于物联网（IoT）、雾计算（Fog）与云计算（Cloud）架构，其中物联网节点仅负责生成请求，雾计算与云计算节点则承担请求的处理工作。
