Plant measurements and analytical results of direct and indirect iron deficiency of grapevine rootstocks

Iron deficiency causes severe symptoms of leaf chlorosis with many crop species. In many cases the stess situation is induced by high lime stone content in soils. This study analyzed the response of grapevine rootstocks to no iron availability (-Fe) and a reduced iron availability (+Fe+BiC) with the aim to differentiate the response reaction. Plants were grown as woody cutting in pots filled with sand and fertilized with an half-strength Hoagland solution. Mesurements taken and data were obtained from samples collected at the end of the experiment after 4 weeks.缺铁可诱发多种作物出现严重的叶片失绿症。在多数情形下，该胁迫由土壤中高石灰石含量所引发。本研究针对葡萄砧木在无铁（-Fe）与减铁（+Fe+BiC）两种铁有效性条件下的响应展开分析，旨在区分其应答差异。试验植株以木质化插条的形式种植于盛有砂质基质的盆钵中，并施加半强度霍格兰德营养液（Hoagland solution）进行养分供给。试验周期为4周，于试验结束时采集样本并完成相关测定、获取试验数据。
