资源简介:
Hirsutella gigantea is an entomogenic fungus that, like Hirsutella sinensis, belongs to the family Ophiocordycipitacea. Ophiocordycipitacea is distributed all over the world and has great significance in biological control and biomedicine, but its resources are increasingly scarce. Artificial cultivation of Hirsutella sinensis is an effective means to solve this problem. Understanding the microbial composition of wild Hirsutella sinensis can better study the artificial culture technology. In this paper, a strain Hirsutella gigantea GZUIFR-ZX03 from Liaoning Province was identified by morphology and phylogeny, and the microbial composition of sclerotium and mycelium of sexual and asexual forms was studied by high-throughput sequencing technology.
