<p>Fluorescence imaging performed using the Visionsense Iridium system. The video shows the administration of ICG in encapsulated in bilosome and liver tissue electroporation using the Leroy Biotech Electrocell B15 electroporator and a needle electrode. Imaging was conducted in visible light, near-infrared (NIR) light, and a combined mode – visible light with overlaid NIR fluorescence signal.</p>
