Description: The planned area is located in the southeast of the area, in good allocation to the utilities of daily needs. To the north is the construction area “Saiber-Specken” and to the east the construction area “Hundsrücken-Schwabental, subarea Specken”.马尔特丁根（Malterdingen）市“施瓦本塔尔（Schwabental）”发展规划基于XPlanung 5.0标准的WMS服务。规划说明：规划地块位于区域东南部，与日常民生配套设施布局适配性良好。北侧为“赛伯-施佩肯（Saiber-Specken）”建设地块，东侧为“洪德吕肯-施瓦本塔尔（Hundsrücken-Schwabental）-施佩肯分区”建设地块。
