Synapsin coarse-grained polymer melt simulation results

This dataset contains the simulation output bundle for a coarse-grained LAMMPS campaign on synapsin-inspired sticker-spacer polymers. It includes the full results/ tree available at bundle time, along with file-level integrity and reconstruction metadata for the archived split bundle. The archive is intended to preserve the complete simulation output state used for downstream inventory, phase-diagram analysis, and related figure-generation workflows. The bundle includes all runs present in results/ at the time of publication.Files: MANIFEST_SHA256.txt — SHA-256 per file under results/ (paths relative to PHY600 repo root).
